Quannah Partners is a private equity commercial real estate investment firm headquartered in Denver, Colorado. Quannah’s senior management team has over 50 years of experience as principal investors in value-add and opportunistic acquisitions and developments and is responsible for investing $3.8 billion of capital in commercial real estate across all property types.
With its discretionary funds, Quannah looks to identify investment opportunities where it may outperform the competition by applying its rigorous institutional underwriting processes and due diligence in ways that are appropriate for each asset’s business plan.
